We act as a booking facilitator and contact our trusted hotel partners and suppliers to check availability and obtain the best available rate for your requested stay.

3 Receive Your Quote

We'll send you the available rate and booking details for your review.

4 Confirm You Wish to Proceed

If you're happy with the quotation, let us know you'd like to proceed with the booking.

5 Invoice Issued

We'll issue an invoice with our bank details for payment by bank transfer.

6 Make Your Payment

Once we receive your bank transfer, we'll acknowledge receipt and proceed with finalising your reservation with the hotel or supplier.

7 Booking Confirmation

We complete your reservation with the relevant hotel partner or supplier and send you your booking confirmation. As we work with partners in different countries and time zones, confirmation times may vary depending on their local business hours.

8 Confirmation Sent

We'll email your booking confirmation and any relevant travel documents once your reservation has been finalised.

We are a booking facilitator and do not own, operate, or manage any of the properties listed on our platform. Your accommodation contract is made directly with the hotel or accommodation provider. We assist with arranging the reservation and communication between you and the accommodation provider.

Availability, pricing, and booking confirmation are subject to confirmation by the relevant hotel or supplier.

Once your booking has been finalised and confirmed, it is subject to the hotel's cancellation, amendment, and refund policies as stated in your booking terms.
