No. We do not display hotel rates on our platform so we can provide the most competitive offer available at the time of your inquiry. Rates are sourced based on current availability and market conditions.
We obtain rates through two main channels:
- Directly from our hotel partners.
- Through trusted affiliate booking partners when direct rates are unavailable or when they provide the best available option.
You can request a booking by:
- Calling our team directly.
- Completing the online inquiry form available on our homepage.
Please include your destination, travel dates, number of guests, room preferences, and any special requests. Our concierge team will then provide you with the best available options.
Destinations & Partnerships
Our primary focus is the Middle East. We also arrange hotel bookings in selected destinations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and other regions through our hotel and affiliate partners.
Yes. Whenever possible, we work directly with hotels to obtain rates and availability. If a direct partnership is not available, we use trusted affiliate partners to secure your booking.
Payments & Confirmations
Currently, we only accept payment by bank transfer. Our bank account details will be provided once your booking has been confirmed.
Once you have selected your preferred hotel, we will send you the booking confirmation details along with payment instructions. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment has been received.
Almost all of our hotel offers are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Any applicable cancellation or amendment terms will be clearly communicated before your reservation is confirmed.
