Welcome to Find A Hotell. Trading as Find a Hotel registered with company house UK.
We operate a hotel booking platform. Users can search for hotels or use our inquiry form to request hotel availability or pricing not already listed on our website. We do not list realtime rates for hotels on our website. We can take up to 24 hours to email you rates if available or provide no rates if the hotel provider of your choice has no availability.
We do not enable our users to make a payment for a hotel room via our website. We ask you to make a transfer (emailed to you at the time of confirmation), or use our secure payment link (emailed to you at the time of confirmation).
We do not own or operate any of the properties we book for you. When you make a booking through Find A Hotell, our service is only to obtain and provide hotel rates and arrange for you to enter into a contract with the service provider (The Hotel). For this we will require advance full payment and guest details, such as name, number of guest and children/infant age (if applicable). The Service Provider will be the party responsible for supplying accommodation to you.

1. Definitions
- "Guest", "User", "You" - refers to any person using the Website.
- "Hotel" - refers to accommodation providers.
- "Booking" - refers to a reservation made through the Website.
- "Service" - refers to hotel search, booking, and related services provided by us.
- "Our platform" - refers to Find A Hotell website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this Website.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when making a booking.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings made through Find A Hotell are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel.
Price and rates will be emailed and may include or exclude taxes and fees, as specified at the time of booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We are not responsible for errors in pricing caused by technical issues, or provided to us by the hotel. We reserve the right to cancel such bookings and refund payments.
Booking confirmation can take up to 72 hours to process from the time we receive payment from you. A booking is only confirmed when we send you a booking confirmation email with a booking reference. It is important to check the details on your booking confirmation and report any incorrect or incomplete information to us immediately.
We accept bank transfer or are able to provide a payment link. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express).
5. Accuracy of Hotel Information / Facilities
We rely upon the information given to us by the Service Provider(s) which is intended to present a general idea of the services and facilities being offered. Sometimes certain facilities may be withdrawn for reasons such as maintenance, bad weather or lack of demand from guests or low occupancy.
6. Data Protection
Your details will be passed onto the service provider to enable your hotel booking.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any hotel booking made via our platform will be non-refundable unless otherwise stated on your booking confirmation.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by Hotel and rate plan. Once the booking has been confirmed we are unable to make any amendments. We can contact the hotel on your behalf and request any amendments but cannot guarantee any changes can be made, this will be at the hotel's discretion.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Hotel's policy and may take several business days.
8. Check-in and Stay Policies
Check-in and check-out times are determined by the Hotel. Guests must comply with Hotel rules and regulations during their stay. Any damages caused to Hotel property may result in additional charges to the hotel.
9. Modifications and Special Requests
Booking modifications depend on Hotel availability and policy. Special requests (e.g., extra beds, late check-out) are not guaranteed and are subject to Hotel confirmation.
10. Third-Party Hotels and Services
We act as an intermediary between Guests and Hotels. We do not own or manage any of the accommodations listed or provided to you via our platform.
