1. Reservation & Payment Policy
* All reservations require a valid credit/debit card for guarantee.
* Dynamic pricing applies; rates are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
* A pre-authorization hold is placed on your card at check-in for incidentals. The hold is released after check-out, subject to your bank's policy.
* We accept major credit cards and cash in AED. Company billing requires prior credit approval.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
* **Flexible Rate:** Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to 3:00 PM on the day of arrival to avoid a one-night charge plus fees.
* **Non-Refundable / Advanced Purchase Rate:** Full pre-payment is taken at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable for any cancellation or no-show.
* **No-Show:** Failure to arrive on the scheduled date will result in the cancellation of the entire reservation and a charge as per the rate plan terms.
**3. Check-in & Check-out Policy**
* **Standard Check-in:** 3:00 PM.
* **Standard Check-out:** 12:00 PM.
* **Early Check-in & Late Check-out:** Available upon request, subject to availability. Charges may apply.
* Late check-out until 3:00 PM: 50% of the room rate.
* Late check-out after 3:00 PM: 100% of the room rate.
**4. Age Requirement Policy**
* The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to check into the hotel.
* Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
**5. Child Policy**
* **Accommodation:** Children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
* **Dining:** Children under 6 years eat complimentary from the kids' menu when accompanied by a paying adult (terms apply, typically for buffet).
**6. Pet Policy**
* With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted on the hotel premises.
**7. Smoking Policy**
* Amwaj Rotana is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas.
* A deep cleaning fee of **AED 1,000** will be charged for violation of this policy.
* Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
**8. Visitor Policy**
* For security and the comfort of all guests, all visitors must register at the Front Desk.
* Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after **10:00 PM**.
**9. Lost & Found Policy**
* The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guest valuables. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe.
* Found items are logged and stored for a limited period. Please contact lostandfound@rotana.com for inquiries. Return of items is at the guest's expense.
**10. Damage to Property Policy**
* Guests are financially liable for any damage, whether intentional or through negligence, caused to hotel property or fixtures during their stay. Relevant charges will be applied to the registered guest's account.
**11. Code of Conduct Policy**
* The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation and may terminate a stay without refund for unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to: disturbance to other guests, intoxication, illegal activities, or violation of any hotel policy or UAE law.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation, checking in, or using any services at Amwaj Rotana Hotel, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Reservations & Payments
* A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
* Room rates are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of statutory taxes unless otherwise stated.
* The hotel may require a pre-authorization on your card upon check-in for incidental expenses. This is not a charge but will temporarily reduce your available balance.
* Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and cash (in UAE Dirhams).
3. Check-in & Check-out
* **Check-in:** From 3:00 PM. A valid passport or Emirates ID (for UAE residents) is mandatory for all guests.
* **Check-out:** By 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
* Cancellation policies vary by rate plan. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.
* Standard rates typically require cancellation at least 24-48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty equivalent to one night's stay.
* Non-refundable rates incur a 100% charge upon cancellation or modification.
5. Guest Responsibility
* The registered guest is responsible for any damage or loss to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors.
* The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's card for any damages or missing items.
6. No-Smoking Policy
* Amwaj Rotana is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A deep cleaning fee of AED 1,000 will be charged for smoking in any guest room or indoor public area.
7. Visitor Policy
* Visitors are welcome in public areas but must register at the front desk. For the safety and security of our guests, visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
8. Lost & Found
* The hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged guest belongings. Please use the in-room safe. Found items should be handed to hotel reception.
9. Force Majeure
* Amwaj Rotana shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, or natural disasters.
10. Governing Law
* These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
11. Hotel's Rights
* Amwaj Rotana reserves the right to refuse accommodation or service to any person for any reason permitted by law and may, at its sole discretion, terminate a guest's stay without refund for violations of these terms or disorderly conduct.
12. Privacy Policy
* Personal data collected is used for reservation purposes and to enhance your stay. It will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
