Terms and Conditions

Rixos Jumeritah Dubai

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, stays, and services provided by Rixos Jumeritah Dubai (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel”). By making a reservation or staying at the Hotel, guests agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Reservations & Bookings

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel.

• Guests must provide accurate personal and payment details at the time of booking.

• The Hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings without providing a reason.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: [e.g., 3:00 PM]

• Check-out time: [e.g., 12:00 PM]

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Valid identification (passport, Emirates ID, or government-issued ID) is required at check-in.

3. Rates & Payment

• All rates are quoted in [AED] and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan.

• The Hotel accepts major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

• Any incidental charges during the stay must be settled prior to departure.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made within [X days] of arrival will incur [full/partial] charges.

• Failure to arrive (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the booking amount.

• Refund policies may vary depending on the booking source (direct website, travel agency, or third-party platform).

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to respect the Hotel property, staff, and other guests.

• Damage or loss caused to Hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.

• Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or violation of UAE laws will result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Children & Extra Guests

• Children under [X years] may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents.

• Extra beds or baby cots are available on request and subject to additional charges.

• Maximum room occupancy limits must not be exceeded.

7. Pets

• Pets are not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing by the Hotel.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

• The Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe.

• The Hotel shall not be liable for injury, illness, accident, or death during the stay, except where directly caused by the Hotel’s negligence.

• Use of Hotel facilities (including pool, gym, and spa) is at the guest’s own risk.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Guest information collected during reservations and stays will be used in accordance with UAE data protection laws.

• The Hotel may use contact details for communication of promotions and services unless the guest opts out.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
