Terms & Conditions – JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai

Welcome to JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. By booking a stay, using our services, or visiting our property, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations & Check-in

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance payment.

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is 12:00 PM.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Guests must present a valid passport, Emirates ID, or government-issued photo ID at check-in, in line with UAE law.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellation terms vary depending on the room rate, package, or promotion booked.

• Non-refundable reservations are charged in full if cancelled or modified.

• Flexible bookings may be cancelled within the permitted period without penalty.

• In the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the first night or the full stay for prepaid bookings.

3. Rates & Payment

• Rates are quoted per room, per night, and are subject to UAE VAT, service charges, municipality fees, and tourism dirham fees.

• Additional charges may apply for extra beds, meals, spa services, airport transfers, and special requests.

• Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, approved corporate accounts, or cash in AED.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests must respect hotel staff, other guests, and local UAE laws and customs.

• Smoking is only allowed in designated rooms and areas; cleaning fees may apply for violations.

• Alcohol consumption is permitted only in licensed outlets within the hotel.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services to guests engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.

5. Children & Extra Beds

• Children under a specified age may stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents (conditions vary by booking).

• Extra beds and cribs are available upon request and subject to availability and extra charges.

6. Pets

• Pets are generally not permitted, unless specified by the hotel under special arrangements.

7. Liability

• The hotel accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings unless stored in the hotel safe.

• Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

• Use of hotel facilities such as pool, spa, or fitness areas is at the guest’s own risk.

8. Events & Meetings

• Separate terms apply for conferences, weddings, or event bookings, including deposits, cancellations, and facility use.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Guest information is collected and processed in accordance with Marriott International’s Privacy Policy and UAE regulations.

• Data will only be used for reservations, billing, and enhancing guest services.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the emirate of Dubai.

• Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
