Terms and Conditions – Majestic Cove Hotel, Dubai

Welcome to Majestic Cove Hotel. By booking your stay with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and comfortable experience for all our guests.

1. Reservations & Check-in

• A valid government-issued ID or passport must be presented upon check-in.

• Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Payment & Cancellation

• All bookings must be secured with a valid credit card or advance payment.

• Payment for accommodation and services is required at the time of check-in, unless otherwise arranged.

• Cancellation and refund policies depend on the booking type (flexible or non-refundable). Please review your booking confirmation for specific details.

• Failure to arrive (no-show) will result in charges equal to at least the first night’s stay or the full booking amount for prepaid reservations.

3. Rooms & Occupancy

• Rooms are strictly for registered guests only. Visitors must be registered at the front desk.

• The maximum occupancy per room type must not be exceeded. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

• Guests are responsible for maintaining their room in good condition. Damages or loss of hotel property will be charged accordingly.

4. Facilities & Services

• The swimming pool, spa, and fitness center are available exclusively for in-house guests and must be used in accordance with hotel rules.

• Towels, linens, and in-room amenities are for in-hotel use only and must not be removed.

• Housekeeping is provided daily unless otherwise requested by the guest.

5. Guest Conduct

• Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public areas. Cleaning fees may apply if this policy is violated.

• Pets are not permitted unless explicitly stated in your booking.

• Parties, loud music, and disturbances affecting other guests are strictly forbidden.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests not adhering to hotel policies.

6. Liability & Safety

• Majestic Cove Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables.

• The hotel is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises unless caused by proven negligence on the part of the hotel.

• Guests are required to follow safety instructions and emergency procedures provided by the hotel.

7. Amendments & Rights

• The hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

• By staying at Majestic Cove Hotel, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the above policies.
