Terms & Conditions – Jumeirah Creekside Hotel Dubai

Welcome to Jumeirah Creekside Hotel Dubai. By booking a stay, using our services, or visiting our premises, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations & Check-in

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance payment.

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is 12:00 PM.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Guests must present a valid passport, Emirates ID, or government-issued photo ID at check-in in compliance with UAE law.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan and offer booked.

• Non-refundable bookings will be fully charged if cancelled.

• For flexible bookings, cancellations made within the permitted period will not be charged.

• In the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the first night’s stay or the full stay for prepaid bookings.

3. Rates & Payment

• Rates are quoted per room, per night, and are subject to UAE VAT, service charge, municipality fees, and tourism dirham fees.

• Additional charges apply for meals, extra beds, airport transfers, and special services.

• Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect hotel staff, other guests, and local UAE customs and laws.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas; a cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs in non-smoking rooms.

• Alcohol consumption is permitted only in licensed areas of the hotel and in accordance with UAE law.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests engaging in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.

5. Children & Extra Beds

• Children under a specified age (varies by rate plan) may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents.

• Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Pets

• Pets are not permitted, unless explicitly approved under special arrangements.

7. Liability

• The hotel accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to guest property unless stored in the hotel safe.

• Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

• Use of hotel facilities (pool, gym, spa, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk.

8. Events & Meetings

• Separate terms and conditions apply to event bookings, including deposits, cancellations, and use of event spaces.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• The hotel collects and processes guest data in accordance with Jumeirah Group’s privacy policy and applicable UAE regulations.

• Information is used solely for reservations, billing, and enhancing guest experience.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the emirate of Dubai.

• Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
