Terms and Conditions - Al Marwa Rayaan by Rotana Makkah

1. General Information
By making a reservation at Al Marwa Rayaan by Rotana Makkah, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, stays, and the use of hotel services.

2. Reservation and Payment

• Booking: A reservation is considered confirmed once the hotel receives a valid booking and the necessary payment or deposit. Bookings can be made through the hotel’s official website, third-party booking platforms, or via email/phone.

• Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on the booking conditions. Accepted methods of payment include credit/debit cards, cash, and online payment platforms.

• Rates: Room rates are subject to availability and may fluctuate based on demand, season, and special offers. The rates quoted are exclusive of taxes, which will be added at checkout.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be requested but is subject to availability and additional charges.

• Check-Out: Check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out requests will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Standard Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

• Non-Refundable Bookings: For special promotional or discounted rates, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

5. Occupancy and Additional Guests

• The maximum occupancy for each room or suite is specified in the room description and may not be exceeded without prior approval from the hotel. Additional guests will incur additional charges.

• Infants and children under a certain age (usually 12 years) may stay for free, but this depends on the specific room and availability. Please verify during the booking process.

6. Guest Behavior

• Conduct: Guests are required to behave respectfully and comply with the hotel's rules and regulations. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, illegal activities, or damage to hotel property may result in eviction without refund.

• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor public areas and guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided on the hotel premises.

7. Housekeeping and Maintenance

• Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are available for stays of 3 or more nights. For shorter stays, housekeeping is available on request, subject to availability.

• Maintenance: In case of any maintenance or repair requirements during your stay, the hotel will make every effort to address issues promptly, though no compensation will be provided for inconvenience.

8. Liability and Insurance

• Personal Belongings: The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. It is recommended that guests use in-room safes for valuables.

• Injuries: The hotel is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses that occur within the premises, including common areas such as the pool, gym, or public lounges.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• The hotel is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with data protection laws. Your personal information will be used for processing reservations, providing services, and fulfilling legal obligations. For more details, please refer to the hotel’s Privacy Policy.

10. Parking and Transport

• Parking: The hotel offers valet parking services, subject to availability. The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.

• Transportation: The hotel can assist with arranging transportation, including airport transfers and car rentals. These services are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

11. Pets

• Pets: Pets are not allowed at Al Marwa Rayaan by Rotana Makkah, except for service animals. Prior approval is required for any exceptions.

12. Force Majeure

• The hotel is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, the hotel will make reasonable efforts to notify guests and provide alternate arrangements if possible.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• The hotel reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the hotel’s website and will apply to future bookings made after the changes are published.

14. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Makkah.
