1. General Information
By making a reservation at Abu Halala Arjaan by Rotana, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, stays, and the use of hotel services.
2. Reservation and Payment
Booking: A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a valid booking and payment confirmation (deposit or full payment as required). Bookings can be made directly through the hotel’s website, third-party booking platforms, or via email/phone.
Payment: Payment for the stay can be made through credit/debit cards, cash, or any other approved payment methods. Full payment or a pre-authorization deposit is required at check-in.
Rates: Room and apartment rates are subject to availability and can fluctuate depending on the season, booking dates, and any special offers. Rates are quoted exclusive of taxes, which will be added at checkout.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request but is subject to room availability.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Standard Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
Non-Refundable Bookings: For certain promotional or discounted rates, the total booking amount will be charged at the time of reservation, and no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation or no-show.
5. Occupancy and Additional Guests
The maximum occupancy for each room or apartment is specified in the room description. Exceeding the stated occupancy will incur additional charges and must be approved in advance by the hotel.
Additional guests beyond the maximum capacity of the room will be charged according to the hotel’s extra guest policy.
6. Guest Conduct
