These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our hotel booking platform, accessible at Find a Hotell (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read the Terms and Conditions before completing any booking with us. If you do not accept these Terms and Condition you should not proceed with making the booking with us.

Hotels: our platform enables users to search and book hotels. The hotel will be responsible for providing you with the services booked via our platform.

Accommodation: Cancellation charges will depend on whether you have booked a refundable or a non-refundable product. Cancellation charges will be specified to you at the time of booking and vary from one Service Provider to another. You should check your Booking Confirmation and any documentation for details of your specific cancellation terms.

Pricing:
Despite our efforts, there may be times when obvious errors occur such as the price or some other detail displayed being incorrect. We and each Service Provider reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time prior to confirmation.

Under booking:
A booking is only confirmed when we send you a Booking Confirmation

“User”, “you”, “your” – Any person accessing or using the Platform.

“Platform” – Find A Hotell

“Hotel” – Any accommodation provider listed on the Platform.

“Booking” – A reservation made by a User through the Platform.

Find A Hotell is a trading name of Find a Hotel, our company is registered with company house, having registration number: 16497358.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Booking Process

Bookings are made via the Platform and are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel.

Once a booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details.

Some Hotels may require pre-payment or a deposit.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies vary by Hotel. Please review the individual Hotel’s terms before booking.

Some bookings may be non-refundable.

Any changes to a Booking must be requested through the Platform or directly with the Hotel, as applicable.

5. Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Platform and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment may be processed by the Platform or directly by the Hotel.

You authorize us or the Hotel to charge your selected payment method at the time of booking or upon check-in/out, depending on the Hotel’s policy.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Not use the Platform for any unlawful purposes.

Respect the rules and policies of the Hotel where you book.

7. Platform Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by “Findahotell”. You may not reproduce or use it without our express permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include listings and services provided by third parties, such as Hotels. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services offered by third parties and are not responsible for any issues arising from your dealings with them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in connection with the relevant booking.

10. Disclaimer

We provide the Platform “as is” and make no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding its availability, accuracy, or functionality.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law, without notice or liability.

13. Governing Law

 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
