Terms and Conditions - Park Hyatt Dubai

1. General Information
By making a reservation at Park Hyatt Dubai, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your reservation, stay, and the use of hotel facilities.

2. Reservation and Payment

• Booking: A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a valid booking confirmation from the hotel. Bookings can be made directly through the hotel’s website, third-party booking platforms, or via email/phone.

• Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on the rate plan. The hotel accepts payments via credit/debit cards, cash, and approved online payment methods.

• Rates: All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes and fees, which will be added at checkout. Rates may vary depending on the season, booking conditions, and availability.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be requested but is subject to availability and additional charges.

• Check-Out: Check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out may be available upon request but is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Standard Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night cancellation fee.

• Non-Refundable Bookings: For special rates or promotional offers, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs.

5. Occupancy and Additional Guests

• Maximum Occupancy: Each room or suite has a specified maximum occupancy. Additional guests beyond the stated occupancy will be subject to extra charges and must be approved by the hotel in advance.

• Children: Children under the age of 12 may stay free of charge when accompanied by adults, using existing bedding. Rollaway beds or extra cots may incur additional charges.

6. Guest Conduct

• Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during their stay. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, illegal activities, or damage to hotel property may result in eviction from the hotel without a refund.

• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are provided on the property. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning fee.

7. Housekeeping and Maintenance

• Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are provided for stays of 3 nights or more. For shorter stays, housekeeping services can be requested at an additional cost.

• Maintenance: In the event of maintenance or repairs required in your room, the hotel will make every effort to address these promptly, though no compensation will be offered for any disruption.

8. Liability and Insurance

• Personal Property: Park Hyatt Dubai is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. It is strongly recommended that guests use the in-room safe for storing valuables.

• Injuries: The hotel is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur on the property, including within the pool, gym, or any public spaces.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal Information: The hotel is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with data protection laws. Your information will only be used for the purposes of processing your reservation and providing services. For more information, please refer to the hotel’s Privacy Policy.

10. Parking and Transport

• Parking: Complimentary valet parking is available to guests. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal items left in vehicles.

• Transportation: The hotel offers transport services including airport transfers and car rentals, subject to availability and additional charges.

11. Pets

• Pets: Pets are not permitted at Park Hyatt Dubai, except for service animals. Prior approval must be obtained for any exceptions to this policy.

12. Force Majeure

• Unforeseeable Circumstances: Park Hyatt Dubai will not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Park Hyatt Dubai reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the hotel’s website and will apply to all future bookings made after the date of publication.

14. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes related to your stay will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
